Sketchbooks for Creative Dreaming

As the weather shifts towards fall, I’m feeling the pull to get back into routines. Creatively, I’m looking to dive deeper into my art practice. A sketchbook is my starting place for working through observations, reflections, ideas and materials.

This weekend, you’re invited to join me for two free on-line workshops to make your own simple sketchbooks—an accordion style and a folded concertina book. Click here for details and the links to register.

Next week, I’ll be posting a creative prompt each day (sign up to receive the prompts by email). If you feel inspired, you can use each prompt as inspiration for exploration and response in your own sketchbook. I look forward to seeing what emerges!
